Cafe Rouge Pinner - HARROW

Unfortunately, they were obviously short staffed. They had no record of our booking- despite it showing on my phone. We waited over an hour for our starter and had to remind the waiters of our order. One of our party had to wait long after we were served before she got her food- she finally got it, served in three separate runs back to the kitchen. We were not alone in this- there were complaints from other diners through the night. This was so unfortunate as I have been going to this branch of cafe rouge since it opened in Pinner- over 20 years.

We often go to Cafe Rouge in Pinner and can honestly say that every time we have gone we have had a fabulous experience In every way. It has become our favourite. The best bit is finding this site; it has made booking a table so easy.

We had a lovely lunch together as friends meeting up . This cafe rouge is let down by the toilet facilities in that in both the ladies cubicles tiles had come off the walls ! Hopefully they will be replaced soon .

I have given my comments after a very disappointing meal directly to 'Complaints ' feedback at Cafe Rouge.

Good general local restaurant with more choice vegetarian than the average pizza/pasta chains.
