Domino's Pizza - Harrogate

DO NOT USE !!!!! Sent 11 inch pizza instead of 13.5 Manager rude and refused to resend, 3 hungry kids had had a slice before I noticed and said sorry our policy is returning the full pizza or nothing ABSOLUTE DISGUSTING

Ordered from here because it’s domino’s right? Food was fast but we both felt sick afterwards. Must have been something dodgy in the food. Not worth it for the £15.5 I spent on one pizza. Plus it looked smaller than it should have been I ordered a 13.5 inch. Also was outside shop for 10 minutes and in that time the delivery driver got honked at 2 times because he was backing into people without looking.

Paid online for my Pizza. When I arrived there to collect it, the guy asked me to pay. I told him I already paid, but he told me I haven 't paid. I told him I got notification that I paid, then he said it is paid. Guess if I don 't have a proof. Went home and I checked the Pizza box because I saw him looking at the box before he asked me I have to pay. I thought there is some instruction on the box for me to pay on the collection, but Pizza box said 'paid '. I don 't understand why. Is this because I don 't speak English well?

The manager berated staff in front of customers and argued with customers when changed. The staff where obviously doing there best but the manager was very unhelpful.

Ordered a pizza and when it arrived it was a mess and all the toppings had gone to one side. Called p to ask for a replacement pizza and a refund as they have honoured this in the past. Manager was rude to me on the phone and said he is too busy ether give a refund or a replacement and hurry about it. I asked for a refund and it never came. I then had to contact the main Dominos customer service and ask for a refund. They refunded the pizza but no the delivery charge! They also offered me a free pizza but then have gone quiet on me about this. Possibly the worst experience of customer service. Do not order from here.
