Arby's - Harrisville

I usually come to arbys if I want a nice big juicy real chicken sandwich. I was very disappointed by the sculpted little patty that wasn't even as big as the bungalow. the service was for people who did not care. they cleaned the frit so that the girl I think was a layer manager, a tonne salt on the frits in the basket. I had to wipe the salt on a crack. the whole restaurant smells like sulphur too, but then again I had kovid and my nase maybe off. all this was not a good experience at all!

Everytime we go here they mess our order up, don't give us everything we ordered or the wrong items. The food is always good, they just need to pay more attention to what they are doing. Usually I just dismiss it but this time they missed a whole meal and still charged us for it. If I had been with the fam when they went to pick it up I would have checked to make sure everything was right, but I stayed home and they brought the meals home and realized a meal was missing. Extremely frustrating when you are counting on that to feed your family after a long week of working.

Wouldn't usually post but the employee taking our drive thru order was rude and seemed to have a bit of an attitude.Also, she forgot to give us the sauces we ordered 2 out of 4 fries were definetly not fresh and were inedible.I walked into the unlocked lobby at 8:07pm to get the sauces we had requested when she saw me she yelled Lock the doors! Evidentally the lobby had closed at 8:00pm.Food order mix ups cold fries can happen anywhere. However, a rude employee is what will keep us from returning.

Michelle was super friendly at counter efficient. Food was hot good. We hadn't been to an Arbys for awhile and were pleasantly surprised. Bathroom clean too.

Got the steak and cheese french dip and the chicken salad. The steak was ok and the chicken salad was much to be desired. It had lettus on it which is unusual in my opinion. The French fries were good and the jalapeño poppers were good as usual! The sauce is delicious! The only thing I noticed missing was ketchup? Don't know why, didn't ask. Service was good and friendly, place was clean.
