Taco Bell - Harrisonville

They never answered the drive-thru and there were cars in the parking lot cuz it wasn't even 10pm. Few days before this I was told I had to back out of the drive-thru and make a Mobil order or they couldn't serve me. I don't understand the reason behind all the complications. Won't go

Couldn't get one person's order right there 45 mins for our food. They were more worried about smoking than preparing food.

Went through drive through after 10 p.m. said they were inly doing mobile orders because they didn't have a drawer available. Went to the app and the app said they were closed. I had to convince them to let me use a credit card. Then the guy kept messing up my order on the screen. Several others have had similar experiences this taco bell sucks.

I did an app order, I ordered a chicken grilled cheese burrito, Nothing grilled cheese about it. I went in to pick up my order as I needed to use the restroom, My grilled cheese burrito was even acknowledged. However, it wasn't made properly. It was just a sloppy grilled burrito. The portion was less than ideal. I just didn't have the patience to turn around and go back to the restaurant. The place wasn't busy, just doesn't make sense.

Food came out cold took 30 minutes to get our food. messed the order up. but did have a fun atmosphere
