Subway - Harrisonville

I just ordered a 12 inch ham on white,and a wrap for my wife. Got home to watch my dinner and pull my sandwich out and the whole thing just slid right out onto the table, but the worst part is the freaking old bread flaked all over the place and was so hard it was ALMOST TOASTED, I tried calling up there for 30 minutes. It plays the old wait on hold for 5 minutes and then just hangs up! Worst subway ever!

Karen can’t hardly understand instructions on what you want and how much . Dumps a ton of mayonnaise on a sandwich doesn’t understand double cheese and can’t wrap a sandwich at all. I go to pull my sandwich out of the bag all my stuff is in the bag with one end of the wrapper not even close to being wrapped right very

I ordered online and I was waiting for my order. I ordered one for me and my husband, I was so excited to start eating this sandwich until I heard one of the workers complaining about why someone would put peppers in their sandwich and that it ruins it. It caught me off guard and I decided not to say anything about it because I think they assumed that the person who ordered wasn't there yet. I was about to eat my sandwich and I saw that all the toppings were all the bottom. Please learn which bread is the top and bottom piece!!!

I go there every weds to get a sub. 90 percent of the time they don't have bread or only have one kind of bread for subs. How and why is this possible. Been like this for over a year now. So I have to settle for McDonald's next door that takes 30 mins for a meal..

Terrible!! We have tried to give this place a chance over the years (about 7) and it's always terrible. Very rude and unprofessional. The managers fix for our delivery order with missing chips and drinks this time was to get it the next day?? What?? I mean, I don't want to be a Karen and I've never come close but this place.... just don't. Save your money, time, and sanity. Don't go to this subway.
