Mcdonald's - Harrisonville

Stopped here on the way back from a 16 hour drive. I’ve never been so pleasantly surprised in my life. My food in service was impeccable and the best McDonald’s service I have ever received in my life. Tracie is a MUST get in terms of a worker. Turned all our frowns from such a long car ride right to a wide smile with great food and great service. She needs a raise ASAP, THANK YOU TRACIE!!!

This is the best McDonald’s I have ever been. Service was awesome sauce and they have a hall of famer worker, she goes by the name of Tracy. Promote her to manager asap!

Good when they have everything you want. They like to pick n chose when they want to have ice cream and it's always in the dumbest times, during dinner rush or right after, knowing they didn't have time to do anything to to it yet.

I always order a hot latte and last two years I was tapping reorder option and they came with iced latte and I am like no, I ordered hot latte not cold and if they look the app, the cups that they use for the hot latte and those for the iced latte doesn’t look same. They said they will make a hot one but they used a plastic cup that they use for the juice. I asked them why they did that? You should use the cups that are there for the hot latte. They gave me a hot latte that covered with the lid that they use for the juice cups and the manager said have a nice day with firm voice like “they are telling me to leave.”
