Moe's Southwest Grill - Harrisonburg

My Stack wasnt in my bag, hardly any chips, and the Queso tasted old, not fresh, and not hot at all. After this experience and many like it before ordering from I dont know if I will return, tbh. As well the dasher Kristin didnt even bother to check my bag which wasnt sealed to prevent tampering with, which the stack then mysteriously vanished and no one wants to own up for it being missing or knows where it went.

I’m only giving it one star cause I can’t give it 0?lol I waiting 45 minutes for a doordash order and people in the back were just chilling. I get it, I’m a server back home but when I have a pretty small order and my order is just not being worked on AND THE STORE IS SLOW. Do not doordash or order here if you care about your time at all

Absolutely terrible. got a seasoning ball in my burrito and threw up. never eating here again!chips are good though

We were able to dine in. The food was okay, if you like Mexican food.

I don’t come to Moe’s often, but when I do, I ask for Kelly. Miss girl was so nice and accommodating when my mobile order was all messed up, she stayed on the phone, gave me calls back, and did everything she could do to help. Richard also took care of my refund with one phone call, it was so easy. It’s not easy finding good service in a college town and I’m really appreciative that she was the one in the other line.Thank you queens !
