This restaurant is excellent for enjoying dishes with cod and shrimp.

On May 18, 2024, my husband, sister, and I decided to take advantage of the beautiful weather by enjoying drinks and the dinner special on the restaurant's patio. The patio was lovely, but our service was slow. However, once she became available, Emma was polite and attentive. We started with mixed drinks and an appetizer sampler consisting of traditional frozen bar snacks like fried cheeses and poppers, which were exactly what we wanted. Our main dishes included two NY Strip steaks with different sides and salads, as well as a battered shrimp dinner with mashed potatoes. Unfortunately, the steaks were not the same size or cooked properly, and the instant mashed potatoes were dry and lacking gravy. We expressed our dissatisfaction to Emma and requested the bill. The manager mentioned that the uneven steaks were how they received them from their butcher, without addressing the quality issues with the sides. Despite a 10% discount, our bill came to $96, and we were only able to avoid paying for the uneaten food after causing a scene. If you enjoy fried food, this restaurant may suit your tastes, but for a home-cooked meal, you may want to consider other options. Overall, we were disappointed with the quality of the food and service and do not plan to return.
