They now add mandatory 15% gratuity! It’s not a gratuity if it’s mandatory. I asked them why and they said it’s because people aren’t tipping anymore… so what? It’s our choice to tip if we feel it’s deserving. The I got the saddest bowl of soup with almost nothing in it for $20. Food quality is way down. Prices are way up. I won’t go back. I never leave reviews, but I’m appalled at how much you overpay for the food. My friend and I ordered spring rolls and we paid four dollars for one spring roll cut into four. Also, the 15% tip was already added to our bill, then there’s an option to tip on top of the gratuity. That you can’t over pass. We both had a soup and a spring roll and the bill turned out to be over $30.00 each. I love pho, unfortunately I don’t think I’ll be returning.
