Wake Up Eat - Harrisburg

This place was fine. I had the Italian omelet with home fries. I wish the home fries were either crispier or more cooked together, they were kinda weak. Also nothing had flavor, had to add mad hot sauce. Bring your own hot sauce, theirs is a Texas sauce that isn't very hot. Loved the free refills on coffee and the service.

Terrible customer service. Would not recommend eating here. After getting on the waiting list I was able to see that we were 3rd in line from the servers tablet. However we watched 3-4 parties get seated before us. I didn’t think anything of it at first but then we didn’t get our food for almost 2 hours after being seated. Turns out the manager/owner was putting all her friends orders ahead of us the customer! After being called out on it she offered to give us the food on the house so we stayed and ate only for her to come out with a ticket with only 25% off. And when we called her out on that too she said that’s not what she meant. The owner doesn’t care about her customers! And the food is mediocre at best so it’s not worth the poor customer service!

DO NOT EAT HERE. FOOD IS MEDIOCRE AT BEST! Terrible customer service from the owner. This was absolutely the worst experience I have had so far. We waited 30min. to be seated, and another 1 hr and a half for our food to come out. When we confronted the owner about it she claimed our order was placed last after everyone else. Which was so not true, their were groups behind us that ordered after us that ate and left before we got our food. The owners friends had also got there food before us, and gotten there after us. She could not admit there was a problem, and then offered us food on the house when we threatened to leave. After our food finally came out she then brings us a receipt for only 25% off! When confronted about this, she told us “I didn’t say that” and later said “oh that’s not what I meant”. We will not be back! EAT HERE AT YOUR OWN RISK!

A nice little spot in Harrisburg! I’ve been so use to visiting another local breakfast spot that I decided on a whim to try this spot as I pass it every day. I was not disappointed- everything was delicious! I ordered the red velvet waffle with the cream cheese drizzle, the kids had pancakes and bacon and they loved it. I will return!

This place looks way better than the HW49 burger joint that was there before. Huge improvement. I really enjoyed the colors. The decorations were fun, I snapped a pic and made it my temp FB profile pic.The service was fast. This was a cheat day for us, so I essentially ordered 2 breakfasts. The food was awesome. We'l definitely be back next Cheat Day.
