Rice Beans Diner has a full menu of Latin American meals, desserts, breakfast, and snacks. The owners are friendly and accommodating. This place is always hopping! Yesterday I tried a sampling of appetizers including empanadas, yucca rellena and quipe. Support this yummy local business!

The atmosphere is clean and organized. Staff is friendly and polite; they speak Spanish English. The food is delicious. The empanadas are flavorful. I would eat here again.

Take note neighborhood is a bit concerning but go eat and be on your way . It's an authentic Dominican restaurant that serves a mix of méxican, colombian, Puerto Rican, food (yes I know a mix of everything) but done well. Food was fresh when you order from menu. Staff is sweet and attentive. It's a good choice you wont be disappointed.
