Pita Pit - Harrisburg

She was there after she was in the hospital. The guy was so nice and made my Pita perfect! Being pregnant is hard to decide what to eat sometimes and he immediately found a solution for the two Pitas between which I decided and he also made a perfect smoothie for me! I always recommend this place!

I ordered for the first time. I used the side eat24 (grub hub). I haven't found a good gyro in Harrisburg yet. The gyro was delicious. I felt that Gyro traditional cucumber sauce would have been perfect, but was satisfied with the sour cream sauce. There was a lot of meat. Also the delivery girl was really sweet and I wish I had more money on me to tip her more generously. Thanks Pita Pit, you Rock.

Likes- The food was fresh and tasty. The plate was full of rice and meat to my liking. The inside of this restaurant looks well designed. Dislikes- They only allow you to put one type of sauce on your $12 platter. Also they didn’t even put the sauce directly on the platter, but instead they put it in a small plastic to-go cup. Only place I ever been to that tells you the amount of sauces you can use. I’d recommend charging for EXTRA of the SAME sauce, and not charging for wanting more than one sauce used.

The service was fast and polite. Vegetables were fresh and delicious. Our server was friendly, personal, gave suggestions from his way to make sure everything was properly prepared. In the middle of dinner he came to the table to see how everything was. Food and service earn a 5-star rating.

The first time here and the food was incredible! I have the Pesto chicken that was so fresh and tasteful! The service was fast, although it was the busy lunch break. Will definitely return and often!
