Bacco Pizzeria And Wine - Harrisburg

We went to this place twice while staying in town. The food is amazing, the pizza is an A , drinks are also very good, desserts out of this world. The service is beyond excellent, our waiter Xavier was a rockstar.

I enjoyed my meal at Bacco and would recommend it for a nice meal. The chicken marsala was very good.

DELECTABLE! Sometimes a meal does more than just fills hunger, it feeds the spirit. I had a small plate Eggplant Rollette (thinly sliced eggplant filled with ricotta, topped with tomato sauce and shaved parmesean) Add their yummy garlic bread and a glass of wine and you will think you are in Europe without even leaving the Burg! Our first time visiting Bacco we were pleasantly surprised that there was more than pizza and sandwiches . The wait staff was attentive and welcoming, and our appetizer of grilled octopus on a bed of polenta with capers was excellent. We also enjoyed a pizza that had a fine delicate crust with delicious sweet Italian sausage. A real treat for lunch.

The atmosphere was nice as well as my server. Food was terrible...pasta not made on premsis. Their Carbanara sauce is not authentic italian as it included butter and cream, and was way overdone. Finally, the brick oven pizza i ordered was completely burnt on the bottom...
