Chatkazz Sweets & Namkeen - Harris Park

If you want to be let down, then be sure to visit this restaurant as they will find a way to disappoint you. You might not receive your order, have food that is overly spicy despite your request for less spice, or be served burnt food or naan. It seems like they always manage to mess something up during your visit. It's best to avoid this place.

I was frustrated waiting for a table with my family of six at the restaurant. They were unable to accommodate us while allowing other parties to sit. The sizzlers my mom ordered were disappointing and my kitchen Chole wife sandwich took 30 minutes to arrive. Overall, not a pleasant experience at Chatkazz in Harris Park during Diwali.

Love the ambience and its desserts. they served good desserts. a good place to be after dinner.

Too much waiting time for extra spicy food in a super small amount. Staff are too busy to take care of what you say. Not very clean and very expensive for the amount and quality they use. Not in GO or DINE if you're... RISK.

Unfortunately this place is an example of how businesses get too big for their boots, can not handle it and learn to put down the very people who give them their loyalty and support. We’re a family of four that travel 40 min to get...to this restaurant. We have been coming here since it’s inception- when it was a tiny little restaurant that couldn’t house more than 10 people. We now find they make up rules (you have to place an order before we give you a table- not just select your food- but give us the order!! the wait can be over 40-60 min and you have no choice. Understandably this is a popular place; but the guy at the entrance taking down our names was incredibly rude. His predecessor had said it was going to be a 15/20 min wait; so we wrote down our names, went to the neighbouring shops and came back within the timeframe. Only to be informed that he wasn’t going to give us a table- we were not here when the names were called. The rude; unsympathetic behaviour left us very sad. We love this place, but unfortunately will not be returning. Instead we will expire the plethora of other options in our fabulous city; hopefully where we are treated with more dignity and respect- and we can order once we can sit down; instead of standing in the hot weather for 45 min and writing an order!
