Mcdonald's - Harriman

Rude rude rude!!! I ordered a frappe ice cream I ordered a frappe with NO whip topping. You guys were super busy so I said it’s ok no problem I will drink it cause I didn’t want to hold up the line. However the manager lady said “oh well; just scrape it off!” everything was fine until you made that comment. I also paid for espresso it wasn’t in the drink!!! You also gave me a giant bag of food that was not mine I handed it back to you you rolled your eyes. I didn’t pay for that it was the family behind behind me. Get it together get a real manager that acts more professionally instead of making those rude comments messing up all the orders!!! Not the best experience at this location. Our fries were fresh but the bun on my Double quarter pounder was super soggy and my wife's chicken sandwich wasn't very fresh either. The lid on my drink wasn't secure and it spilled all over me in the car and the young lady at the window seemed annoyed when we asked for extra napkins to dry me off. There's a Hardee's up the road.
