Whataburger Restaurants - Harlingen

This Whataburger is just not what it use to be. I went ordered 3 piece chicken meal. I got home no gravy (which I asked for) no ketchup. Now I have to eat dry chicken strips smh. I call and the manager said I remember your order????if she remembered myorder double check and ask are you sure she didn't want a sauce it's chicken strips???????. The guy who brought me the food wasnice and service was quick but now I know why it was quick

Food is what you expect from Whataburger it is what it is, but definitely still the best fast food burger around, in my opinion. My only problem is still how alot of the kids that work there can 't even be bothered to PRETEND like they wanna bethere.

Very bad service. I get that they were swamped but It doesn't take much to take a good look at the monitors. My wife called back to let them know that our order was wrong she spoke to a manager named Zeke and he was very professional and polite and that hewould redo the order for us. So I went the next day to get our food and a manager named Jacob Sanchez helped and asked his cookto redo the order, well they started the order off wrong by using old Patties or on the grill under a spatula when I had askedfor everything to be fresh and I was wondering why the manager and the cook kept looking at me while they were making the orderand once they were finished it stayed by the Fry station for 3 minutes once I receive my order the manager Jacob asked me tocheck it and I said I didn't want to check it because the cook didn't put fresh patties down for my burgers and continue to askme if I wanted to check the order I go no I want fresh food like I had asked for it the first time then he replied I will gomake the order myself what she did and was made perfectly and if the cooks were trained properly or watched with a close eyethey would see that they make orders with old food and it's not that we are trying to get free food we just want what we pay forprobably won't be going back there for a while and I did not have a what a day at all.

I'll call and the manager said I remember your order? if they contact my order double check and ask you are sure that they do not want a sauce it is chicken strips? The guy who brought me the food was nice and service was fast, but now I know why it was fast.
