Today my father-in-law wanted to get an ice cream at the Mcdrive as a supervisor of someone with a disability on a side-by-side tandem. A few weeks ago this worked fine! But now she was denied access to the drive. He was told that someone could get off the bike to order the ice cream inside. The person with a disability cannot be left alone so this was not an option. Bit of a shame that the manager didn't come up with another solution.
