Pearson's Smokehouse Bbq Food Truck

The Beef Brisket was to die for. I'm telling you the meat was moist, full of flavor. The bread just soft, they both complement each other. The fried chips was cold when we got home, warmed them up and they were crispy all over again. We're looking for their truck everyrime.

If you like eating smooshed crockpot meat soaked in liquid smoke flavoring then this is the bbq for you. Very disappointing especially after spending $10 for one sandwich and a small portion of potato chips. The chips were good but the bbq was a waste of money.

The Pearson's brought their BBQ Truck to a recent gathering at Tim's Harley Davidson, Augusta, GA. I had the bbq sandwich and home cut potatoes. A few minutes to get it but it was made fresh and delicious!! Well worth the 5-8 minutes and the sweet lady even brought it to me. The staff was pleasant and assisted us with our order. The truck was clean inside and out and very well kept. That was the first time I had their BBQ but it is the best that I've had ever!!

The food is great. the sauce is amazing banana pudding is the bomb.

Would rate a 0 if that was an option. Had coupons bought from a charity event. **** poor owner refused to accept saying he would lose money. He was ready to fight. Would never ever recommend this place. Besides the BBQ was cold, dry and barely palatable. Would go hungry before I EVER gave this place a nickle.
