Wild Country - Harker Heights

So I went to this place nice and beautiful atmosphere. Then I have a random person going to my male friend and telling us we're going and talking to someone. We're coming out and it's an African American who asks us how we came home? What I don't understand is if we do something wrong, why did the Caucasian Bouncer just ask us instead of sending us to the African American Bouncer? Why do we ask ourselves to go? We did nothing wrong, no arguments with someone, we spent money in the bar and honestly, I felt that we were profiled and discriminated. There were not many African Americans. I am a soldier in the military, I felt totally despised and discriminated against and his grief. We went quiet. I didn't like that. We came as a couple. We weren't drunk and it just made me feel uncomfortable. The music was great, but I do not recommend this place for African Americans, especially if you are a dark-haired man.

The drinks are good and the atmosphere is beautiful. Smoking is allowed. A bit on the expensive side if you don't buy the specials. Pool is 1.50 a game and the dance floor can be easily overcrowded. There were confetti on it that it was very licked. The music is all from club to saloon.

Aye, what's going on, I've been working there, and the best part I've never done was for the empty ones. Cub's empty bottles and asteroids as much as the bus boy but different and tbh I was stone every Friday and Saturday, but I move on and so far go well?? but hey I still go to this club and they are awesome

Great atmosphere, well managed on first appearance. No drama witnessed like other places.

All these bad reviews on here for a place that isn't as bad as y'all say it is! Anyways been here twice and love it! Starting too think about making it a thing too do every 2 weeks on payday! Line dancing is fun! And drinks aren't too expensive! The owner made sure tonight that I was ok and I didn't need a water or anything! Great place all around and if you don't think you into country, give it a shot anyways cause they have moments where they play twerking, ass shaking music, and Latino music also!!! Great place too just vibe and have fun! Been too like 4 bars in this place and wild country is the only bar I had the most fun and good time!
