Jrc Global Buffet Wood Green - Haringey

I visited this restaurant an hour before closing and ordered the rustic lamb, fruit platter, jehneci (lamb dish), and sushi. Everything was delicious. I appreciated the friendly service. I was surprised that plates weren't provided on the ski slope and had to ask for a clean plate. I suggest improving the cleanliness and appearance of the plates.

Went to JRC for lunch, the food was very dry and it looked like it was there for quite some time. I noticed the food either would be very dry, cold or both. It’s a shame how the quality has really deprecated over the years....And please, JRC no need to respond with a automated message, just take notice and improve.

The customer is NEVER right at this place! Despite booking in advance, they left our family (including a pregnant woman and small children) standing outside for more than mins! No table was prepared. Disgraceful service! They refused to give us a birthday discount despite...it being previously arranged via email. Don't believe their false promises. They change their birthday policy whenever it suits them. The staff at the front desk were rude and lacked any empathy or understanding. The lady wouldn't even give us eye contact as we spoke because she knew they were in the wrong. Every person who entered was treated disgustingly. There was a queue of angry people last night. It is clear they do not value their customers at all. It's all about packing in as many people as possible to make as much cash as possible. Then they shove you out to get the next load of punters in. The last time we went, my son ate their desserts and was vomiting for hours afterwards. I shall never return to this branch again. If I were you, I'd avoid this place and try a different branch. The barrage of negative reviews say it all! Dirty, rude and downright disgusting place!

Cold stale leftover food, managers playing and laughing, do t care about the gests. Even when i complaind they didn't care. Worst service and waste of money

This restaurant is conveniently located for those looking for a meal before or after going to the movies. The chicken wings were large and the burgers were delicious for the price. The milkshakes were also excellent. The staff was friendly and attentive. Ordering with the QR code on the table was quick and easy, making it convenient for those in a rush to pay online.
