Pizza Hut - Hardin County

The pizza is always good but the customer service line is horrible you can never get through to the store the line is always busy busy!! I wanted a delivery for the packers here but no one answers the phone.somehow they decided for me to do carry out online when I need delivery. We all know we can't leave packers in the hiuse alone. The lady there is so sweet so I can't get mad she has great customer service skills I love that

This was my recent experience with Pizza Hut Ft. Knox. Not pictured is the 2 liter of Pepsi that the driver forgot and took over an hour, nearly 2, to return with.

Order was wrong, we’ve called and called to only be transferred several times to a dial tone. This is truly sad that Knox at this point allows Pizza Hut to still serve their service members. We just moved here and lesson learned to read reviews before ordering anything! The pizzas are swimming in sauce with barely any cheese one pizza looks like it was dropped don’t bother requesting extra toppings because you won’t receive them or the multiple toppings you requested.

Bought honey BBQ wings for Christmas eve lunch. They were delicious. Delivered promptly.
