Gallone's - Harborough

The place was busy, so had a long wait time to order what is fair enough. two desserts, which is the best part on the expensive side of the dinge. waited about minutes after the order arrive for the first dessert. had. after another minute to chase to the second, and when it arrived, simply got beaten on the table without a single word from the waitress. an apology for waiting would have been nice, but to say a single word seemed quite rude tbh. I felt like she was upset that I was chasing it. the customer service needs definitiw some work and faster service required. not sure I would interfere with this place again!

Always a great place to treat yourself. excellent service and eating. children love it. the tables and environment are immaculate and the ice is delightful.

We took our children to a restaurant and had a disappointing experience. We ordered the millionaire ice cream, but it did not have any chocolate pieces in it. We ended up choosing the coc mint and nice ice cream as our second option. They were decent in size and taste, but not as large as we had anticipated. The children were excited about the unicorn themed desserts with beautiful decorations, but were disappointed with the cheap quality. We were aware of the prices before going and expected a better experience with higher quality ice cream. Overall, it was not worth the money.

My enkelin has taken many paints here and the personal is wonderful with amazing geduld. great fun for the children to choose so many ice creams that she always comes from here happy.

On Saturday evening we decided on a whim that we really wanted to go and have a proper ice cream somewhere on sundae morning. So after a mile run to give me room for the calorific extravaganza ahead, we set out from rainy Kettering,...on the short journey to an equally rainy Market Harborough. We were quickly served and seated in the airy and comfortable surroundings and minutes later, my youngest and I were tucking into a Kinder and Cherry Bakewell Sundae respectively. Both were generous servings with quality ingredients and lovely ice cream. We will be visiting again to hopefully sample something else from the wide menu available. Delicious.
