This place is permanently closed and would not refund my order placed online before arriving at the store to a permanently closed sign.

Kung Fu Tea was the best, I was so happy to hear it opened back up. I could always rely on the service and flavors to be exactly what I wanted even when I ventured the menu. It’s a shame the owner is a bad person. Closing the place to turn it into another generic coffee house, leaving his employees with a sudden termination. Greedy and undeserving completely.

I ordered a wow milk but it’s literally wow it’s just milk ! Tasted like just milk with boba I come here bc it’s close but prob will go to other places…

It’s become very hit or miss depending on when you go/who’s working that day. One of my favorite drinks is the Rosehip milk tea, and some days it’s amazing, but more times that not, it’s watered down and a brown color (like the image below) instead of the purple-pink it’s supposed to be, doesn’t have much flavor, and the boba is soft but flavorless. It’s been so disappointing because this is one of my favorite chains but the drop in quality more days than not makes me less likely to want to come back
