Kfc - Harbor Hills

I placed an app order for pickup. Walked up to the door, it was locked. Walked over to the other door and it was locked as well. The app instructs you to go to the counter to pick up your food. Had to go through the drive-thru, the young lady was very nice however.

Ordered from the Taco Bell menu. Sticking to my no meat on Fridays, I ordered 3 bean and cheese burritos. Only 5 bucks and some change. This was way better than Carl's Jr.. They charged me $17+ for two.

Employees are nice and efficient. Store is clean. But damn the fried chicken is terribleeeeeeee. Worst fried chicken ive had in a 10 mile radius. Including supermarket fried chicken.

The cashiers do different jobs every time and keep me waiting, the employees don't do their job.

I recently visited this KFC location and the employee at the front counter provided 5 star service. I was greeted within seconds of walking in to this establishment I also received my order in a timely manner and my food was fresh and hot. I’m going to recommend this location to all my friends and family. I will be visiting again very soon.
