Bonefish Grill - Harbor Creek

Five of us chose to dine here for dinner on June 26th and unfortunately had a terrible experience. After waiting about 30 minutes after placing our orders, two of us ordered the sirloin (medium) and shrimp pairing, the waiters brought our dinners to our table. The steaks were obviously on the grill for the full 30 minutes. Instead of medium, the waiter served charred and dried out extremely burned steaks. We promptly complained about the burned steaks and were promised quick replacements. After another 20 minutes and everyone had long finished eating, they brought out the new steaks. It was too late. We asked to see the manager. She apologized for the situation and at least removed the charges for the two steak and shrimp dinners.

Everything was fantastic the food was delicious the atmosphere is beautiful and the service is the best in Savannah Kayla is a amazing server we will be returning soon

Our server Lee was very prompt and cordial. Even complimented our 1 year old eating with us. Food was delicious as always!
