I think this is the most profitable nandos outlet in Zimbabwe. It's packed, but they still deliver on time service. The workers here deserve a pay raise

My first experience at Nandos Samora Machel is nothing to rave about. The food is always on point but the service we received was horrible. We ordered our food 13h41 and for 30mins we just sat there looking at each other. After multiple enquiries to 4 different personnel we eventually got our food, no sauces on the table and worse no cutlery. Nandos, please improve on your service. Nothing wrong with the food!
