I preordered my meal online and informed the restaurant that I would arrive at 2:15. However, my meal wasn't prepared until I arrived. I understand if they need time to cook the meal if I didn't prepay, but since I did, it would have been more convenient to just order when I got there. It seems that online orders are confusing for the staff.
