Ram Brewery Clackamas - Happy Valley

Huge menu! They also brew their own beer and it is pretty good! nice happy drink menu. I had not asked for a maize or crumble on my darkened chicken salad and it came to me that I did my best to get them instead of complaining.

The worst food ever. The family and I arrived at 7pm. Told there would be a 25 min wait when we could obviously see there was open tables and only one name in front of us on list. Got seated about 715. Waitress came and took our drink order. Came back with drinks took our food order. We waited for 45 min for our food and my burger was burnt, a tiny bit of guacamole and a few mushrooms and my husband's steak salad was nasty. Brown old lettuce and burnt steak which he asked for medium. Luckily kids burgers were ok but I think they were starving. I can not believe we waited that long and the food was terrible. Our waitress kept refilling our drinks and telling us our food was next, in a few minutes etc. Yes we did show our food to manager who took care of it. Kept saying they were so busy because of the weekend. We have been there before on a Saturday night and never had food this bad. The best part for the kids was the complimentary dessert.

The RAM welcomed 20 of us with open arms after the Cheesecake Factory at Clackamas Town Center gave away our reserved tables because all 20 of us hadn’t arrived minutes after our reserved time, even though we had people there, but that wasn’t good enough for a Thursday night at the Factory. By the time we drove across the parking lot to the RAM our tables were set up and ready for us. Even though they were busy our service from start to finish was friendly, timely and efficient! Everyone enjoyed their meals, and drinks and refills on iced teas and waters were expedient. The meals served were tasty and nicely proportioned. I don’t believe the RAM takes reservations but hearing of our dilemma and realizing most of us were in the Town Center parking lot they quickly accommodated us. The RAM turned what started off as a bad situation into a wonderful birthday celebration for my daughter-in-law. Thank you the RAM Restaurant and staff!!

The crispy chicken sandwich in Barbque is amazing. I ate the Ricardo if you like a Cuban sandwich you love. The salads are huge. There's mudcake big enough to share for 4. There's nothing bad on the menu. The staff is fast.

Happy Mother's Day!!! What a wonderful dinner with my lovely wife. We had extremely prompt service and incredibly fresh and delicious food. The Hefeweizen my wife had was completely on point. From a lifelong restaurant professionals viewpoint you can't do any better on a busy holiday! Kudos.
