Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

Went there today got a 8 piece they gave me 2 wings, 2 breast and 4 nasty thighs..I thought with 8 pieces it's 2 of each. The thighs look they we're spoil inside. It's a shame to spend $33 and get such horrible food. I would not encourage my friends to spend a dime there.

The food was good, but I came on a Sunday morning, and me, I’m a rather patient person. But when I saw my food was taking long; and by long I mean 12 minutes just for 5 tenders and a small mash and gravy, and keep in mind it wasn’t busy, all I saw was people bundled up in the kitchen dancing with a manager it seemed like, because a few weeks ago I came a little after 5, and that same manager woman was giving me problems because all I was missing was a small fry, and she was the one who was supposed to help me but instead gave me lots of attitude and cursed me out in Spanish, I speak Spanish even though it doesn’t look like it and her behavior was not professional at all.

Great job! Hot food. Super busy because of the superbowl, but handled great. All the food was hot and correct. Great job!

Don 't expect to get your prepaid mobile order pick up order 5, 10, or even 15 minutes after the arrival time the app tells you the order will be ready by. You can arrive 10 minutes after the ready time, and THAT 'S when they 'll start putting the order together. You 'll wait at least 25 minutes after arriving and being told just a couple of minutes to finally pick up the order you purchased an hour ago. You 'll also have to remind them that the order has drinks..after they say thank you, have a nice day . When you get home you 'll realize that they missed a side order. Similar experience last time my wife wanted Popeye 's.
