My daughter ordered me a 44oz strawberry banana milkshake. I ran into the freezer. I have the chance to drink it at 23:30 last night to find out it was done wrong. I called today after I came home from work to ask them if they would replace the milkshake with a properly made, and the woman on the phone said that she would not do anything to correct the situation because I did not call back at 11:30 when I found it was wrong. Very disappointed about how this situation was handled and its wise attitude towards me. Extremely unprofessional. I told her my family won't return and she said okay, that's okay and hanged.
