I don't Dunkin Donuts can get any worse. Slow service. Stale donuts and Luke warm coffee. Three employees couldn't handle my order of 2 coffees and 10 munchkins. SAD.
I love Dunkin. Love their iced coffee and their frozen hot chocolate and their donuts. However, this time for their breakfast food was terrible. My mom’s sourdough sandwich was supposed to be toasted, it wasn’t and it had a chemically taste like it had been laid on something that had just been cleaned. The hash browns tasted off like they was placed in old oil or maybe in something also just cleaned. The frozen coffee we got, we had to consistently stir so we wouldn’t just get liquid, and even then if I wanted liquid coffee I would’ve gotten regular iced coffee. One of the frozen coffees was supposed to have whipped topping on the top and guess what: it didn’t. Don’t recommend going there for dinner. Their quality isn’t going to be the best then. Other times we’ve gotten it in morning or even afternoon, food, drinks, everything has been fine. One positive thing: they were out of croissants and offered me another choice of bread for my sandwich, that was probably the best thing about the food. Service was excellent, everyone had a positive attitude but whoever was in charge of cooking or at least watching the food, should’ve paid more attention
Overall, it was pretty good. We just had to wait a little extra for our drinks.
Today was not a 5 Star day there. Normally it is; your Staff is polite, friendly and efficient.Today, 2/12/24 I pulled up to the order area and waited several minutes and no one ever asked me if they could help. Then I drive around to the pickup window. To my surprise, no one was in front of me , 2 employees were standing there on their cell phones, a third was actually working cleaningareas. There were 2 customers sitting insidechatting. No line , no others in the shop.The time I was there was approximately 3:30 pm. I pulled off and didn’t purchase anything and was going to purchase a beverage and 2 other items. If this happens again I will change my location. However, your Staff needs to be more aware ..Don’t believe they get paid to play on their phones.
