Arby's - Hanover

Service very slow and facility floor was sticky and every table was dirty.

After ordering 2 fresh dip Swiss meals at 8:30pm, we payed and waited for 15 minutes before being told we had to wait for fish?? I told the young female I didn 't order fish and she said I know and closed the window. 10 minutes later another male employee handed me 2 fish sandwiches that I did not again order. I told him I ordered the French dip and Swiss meals that had been done 20 minutes ago and was given the meals with now dipping sauce. Food was soggy and cold as expected due to waiting for fish I didn 't order.. Just a poor service all the way around. To top it off I actually watched them give the guy behind me the fish bag I rummaged through. Smh at least he got a hot meal!

I love and had the 7 oz Arby sliced wafer thin with Swiss cheese and Arby's sauce; my wife had the Arby's cheddar.

Had to try their burgers, since I hear great things. Got the cheesy bacon burger and it was better than a lot of restaurant chains, no joke. Hearty full fixings and a juicy burger. Also, get the horsey sauce for your own good ??Only negative was no one was at the register for a couple minutes and a line started to form. Honestly not a huge deal, but could use improvement.

Tonight was not a good experience with this location. I was asked to wait a moment when I pulled to the speaker, took a couple mins but that was fine. As I ordered I felt the order taker was annoyed with my 3 combos. I was asked to park since they had a wait on chicken for 2 of my sandwiches. Well that wait was just over 10 mins. I drive home (5 mins away) and my food was not hot at all. I didn't eat the fries as they were completely cold and my sandwich was warmish. My husbands gyro had no lettuce on it when I only asked for the tomato to be kept off. Needless to say tonight was a sad dinner. Normally not that bad, but I've never gotten great either.
