Cousins - Hanoi

Nice atmosphere, mediocre food. I had high expectations after reading some reviews but… despite the comforting evening we had as the only guests on a Monday, the food was not great. The duck confit was dry, the oxtail ragú was okay but the gnocchi too wet(? and soggy, the fish seemed not cooked right bc it smelled fishy…

Really delicious food in western style here. The ambience is fantastic, with indoor and outdoor seats. You have moved places of what it says on Google Maps. The duck breast salad was perfect. Well balanced salty and sweet, fresh green.

Excellent experience. Served on Thursday night, served immediately and not long waited for food. We had the goat cheese salad with seasoned chicken (taste like a Cajun chicken of the Angus steak, the apple cake special, brownie with nuts and 2 glasses of red house wine. Steak is expensive, but delicious. (Sorry, the picture is a little dark!) Come with Ratatouille and Pomme frits who were very nice. The wine went very nice with the food. The atmosphere was very relaxed and the service was excellent. The Brownie comes with a sorbet that is not great, but the Brownie itself is fantastic. Will definitely be back for the next date night. The staff is very friendly. Today it rains cats and dogs and we stacked in the restaurant. The taxi could not get into the alley. The staff will take us to Dao tan street. We were so happy about it.

Love the interior of the restaurant. Very rugged, especially the toilet so cool(I know I shouldn't compliment the toilet . Staffs are very nice and friendly. Food we ordered taste pretty good. We enjoy our first dining experience over there.
