Klostermuhle - Hannoversch Münden

Better isn't going. The salmon trout with crumbs, Kimchi, Mangochutney and lemon rice was just brilliant. I haven't eaten so well for a long time. My husband had the saucer and was just as enthusiastic. Absolutely recommended.

Made a detour from the highway and found this gem of a hotel/restaurant. Good food (even for vegetarians), comfortable beds, lovely breakfast, nice surroundings and super nice staff. Also great for cyclists, so stylish a cycling holiday in Germany now.

The restaurant is located on a street that runs parallel to the Weser. From the beer garden you have a beautiful view of the water, unfortunately also cars ahead. The service is friendly and well chosen, the food (we had both fish and meat) is excellent with ingredients from the local environment. They taste it right. There is also a nice selection of drinks. All in all highly recommended!

We had landed in the Klostermühle for a very long time. And I have to say it was worth it! Delicious food on a great terrace overlooking the Weser and a super friendly Klostermühlen team.
