Pluemecke - Hannover

This is quite a quirky place. The decor will probably take you back to the 1970 (should you be old enough). despite the decor, this place is great. The atmosphere is that of a really local bar and the food was really tasty and not...at all expensive. I have paid much much more for food and beer not nearly as good as is served here. The place was full when we ate dinner and this added to a very cosy and convivial atmosphere. Truly a must visit place if you want a truly old time German experience.

The place is nothing special, same as the city but until now Worldwide I haven't found a similar taste of a curry wurst like this one in this restaurant. Even Berlin's selection curry wursts can not keep up with the one in Hannover. Service is...not bad, the beer is cold and fresh, prices are fair. When I'm in Hannover I try to get at least one of it!

Look no further for an authentic pub in Germany. Despite Hanover being a big city everyone knows each other. The food is standard German pub fair. Try the Bratkartoffeln with Currywurst. Or just come for ein grosses Bier. It can be busy with locals but...they will try to seat you at a table. My local friends told me that they once sat in the neighbors yard until a table become available.

This place is so sought after they don't have to open on weekends. Hearty food and atmosphere is what you can expect, it comes with excellent value for money. Walk up to the bar when you come in you will be seated as they...operate a shared table policy. Enjoy and order a curry wurst!

Fun sport evening with a lot of beer and a delicious curry sausage.I feel comfortable here. and it's mega cheap.
