The Balzac coffee in the inner city of hannover , teilurstraße, was for a long time one of my favorite caffeine to stay in rest, write or learn. for some time I have been observing one of my thoughts after drastic decline in relation to: well maintained the spatial areas are lying around, tables are not washed away, no longer erased, in the toilets for months defective walls and toilet lids as well as soap dispensers,) and regarding the friendliness of the staff. because one, because many new very young faces there, with little sense for customer-friendliness and cumbersome form, will be for example me, while I was putting a carton with the face, because this is easier than the carton once to wear the treses, or if I want to leave the place for milk in the coffee, then I will not remember again and again, but there are enough others.

Balzac coffee is present in hannover with three filials located in the inner city, in numerous other cities the chain is represented. system gastronomy without surprises, for this with always the same price design and selection because you know what you get. location and achievability this balzac coffee filiale is located in the building of the old rathaus in the old town hannovers in the ground floor. there are two entrances: one from the karmarschstraße, in the building side entrance. very centrally located the filiale is easily accessible by public transport (stations market hall, creeks, railway station walking.) carists must take a zeneering high parking fees in the surrounding park houses and places in shops, unless they know one of the few secret tips. atmosphere and equipment the balzac coffee filialen are not exactly the same but always in the same style. appropriately dominate the interieur. the flilial in the old rat house has no surface for external seating, this was skillfully solved by benches attached to the window front. here stand/lounge ashtrays and cover for the cooler season. the exterior impression works well, which is not least on the building itself: the brick construction with its large curved window fronts makes something in itself. you enter the load through the main entrance the view is straight on the more served. left and right the dining room with seating possibilities extends in different variants: simple wooden chairs, but also cozy chairs and padded stools are available for selection. the tables are made of painted wood, with a compass motiw. on a wall direction road are still regale, in which various were presented as coffee cups for sale. in the background the usual non-speaking (but at least not disturbing) coffee lounge dudel runs in a reasonable loudness. filiale do not have their own toilets available. this has been solved by a cooperation with the Asian restaurant also located in the Rathaus: on the tresen is a key available, which has to leave the caffe with it, round the building to a quarter and finally arrives via a staircase or the chair to the toilet rooms. cumbersome, but probably the best solution. at least they have now replaced the huge coffee filter, which had to be dragged around as a keychain, with a small metal (and above all: more inconspicuous) milk box. selection of drinks and dine is so much I know in every filiale equal. There may be some small regional differences, but I do not know. there are various coffee specialties, standards such as filter coffee, espresso, cappuccino, milk coffee, drink chocolate, etc. optionally also with syrup in different flavors, partly with cream and toppings. all in cold and hot variants, as well as tees and selected cold drinks such as water, juices and wellness drinks. depending on the season are specials for choice: in summer smoothies and ice-caffe variants, in winter christian aromas such as zimt, orange, apfel co. there are also different types of milk: full, half fat, creamed and soy milk. even though such a crispy crunchy flavored hot chocolate moccaccino with sawn croque topping and an extra shot sugar syrup actually covers the entire daily requirement of sugar and fat, especially hungry guests can still choose from the small feed range. available are various snacks such as covered rolls, bagels etc., yogurt with fruits and vegetables, nudel and couscous salads and of course different baked goods such as cakes, muffins, waffels and brezels. the hot drinks are available in three different sizes, there are beakers available as viewing objects. all the food and drinks are available both for taking along as well as for eating before place. prices are not necessarily cheap, but internal city and systemgastro typical. because I drink in the regular filter coffee, the other prices are not so common to me. for a filter coffee in the smallest size (most likely to correspond to 0.25l) are 1.85€ due. specialties such as flavored coffee drinks with cream and the like are much more expensive, as you can get 3 4€ for a drink. the consumption of food drives the bill shorthand in unmarried heights. a piece of cake costs around the 3€, the hearty snacks are more expensive. a large price board hangs above the court. service of proper service can hardly be spoken here, or take over this one of the hoses: it gives off its order at the safe, serves itself to prepare ready-to-be accusations such as milk, sugar etc., carries its food/drinks to the table and then also clears them off again. the service consists exclusively in typing the order into the system, directly cassing and preparing the ordered. M.E. is also to be taken into account in pricing: the prices appear relatively even higher in view of the numerous services that the gast itself takes. the employees were always friendly with my previous (numberful) visit, there was never anything to complain about in their behavior. even with greater urge, they kept quiet and turned to me kindly. very nicely I found the following little anecdote of 25.10.2014: I met on business at the balzac, looking for the toilet during my visit (to remember: the key is handed out by the employees.) I was on this day for several hours in the city in the insert and approx. 1.5 hours after leaving the filiale I wanted to visit the toilet again. I asked in the balzac, the employee remembered me and handed me kindly and without any circumstances again the key from that I found really good, you have to beg somewhere else (and often pay) to use the toilet. cleanliness both the toilet rooms and the gas room and the dishes were always clean and intact no reason to complain. to the top of the page, where you can look at a coffee when you are ready to provide numerous services yourself, with a good atmosphere, friendly staff and tasty drinks and dips. what bothers me about this and many other coffee shops is that so scary a lot of müll is generated here: one way cups (if ordered to take with, otherwise there is porcelain,) one way stick and plastic spoon to stir, plastic shakers for salads. there comes a bucking drop together, in part really unnecessary.

The coffee is full of order. what I like is that I can decide as a vegan between soy and mandible milk. this service stays in some other caffes. but in some filials I lack the dueness. for a coffee for on the go, but completely okay. for these three stars of me.
