By far our favourite breakfast spot when visiting Chiang Mai, great coffee, amazing food and friendly service. A creature of habit, I've ordered the parmasean eggs every time I've been and am always impressed. The open sandwiches, avocado toast and specials like the cinnamon rolls are also great!

Good brunch place if you're looking for something of a Western flavor! Lots of vegan/vegetarian options. The tea and coffee is sourced from Thailand, great businesses. Super chill vibe and kind family service.
