Great place! Best kept secret. Wonderful, friendly owner. Kuhn Aun is very kind and friendly. And she makes FABULOUS coffee! Iced or hot. She knows good Italian coffee, yet researched Thai coffee and decided Chiang Rai beans are tops. She 's great in English and well-traveled, so swing by, grab your coffees and exchange stories! Drink in, her shop is very cool (cool jeng! Kuhn Aun taught us, but be careful how you pronounce it). She designed the place herself, holding strong through the pandemic. Great prices, too. Very reasonable. Highly recommend!

After asking a neighbor, think we found it but if we did it was closed. No sign. Google maps really not helpful, the final directions were not so good. Will try again some time.
