Would highly recommend. Good food, excellent wine list by the glass and bottle with exceptionally service by friendly staff.

Always a lovely setting, service is attentive. Menu prices are at a slightly higher price point.

Relaxed feel great ambiance in restaurant, thoughtful attentive service, but not overwhelming. Fish special cooked to perfection, with lovely assortment of vegetables.

Have had lunch and dinner here on separate occasions. Both times the food has been great. Absolutely loved the Eton Mess pudding. YUM!!!

This is a really nice lovely pub with lovely rooms . Outside is lovely but be aware rooms are all near the front so you will hear people chatting if you retire early . The food is great apart from one big big mistake they make special attention to proper chips on their menu !! They aren’t they are clearly frozen and although passable why why why would you ruin a beautiful meal especially the steaks without home made chips come on guys otherwise I would have gone 5 star through out that is just lazy.
