My order of onions were half filled in the container. Onion ring container was half filled. Question the worker she stated that each onion ring were prepackaged frozen quantities and not just filled to container size

Probably eaten here 15-20 times and always get the Colorado burger. Been great every single time.

First of all the prices are outrageous. Second, the wait time is just as bad. I could let those slide IF this wasn't the worst burger I've ever had. I swear it tasted like I was chewing on a soggy gym sock they found under the deep fryer, then soaked it in oil for about 12 hours. Seriously, why is this entire burger soaked, sopping, and covered in grease? It had a granulated texture to it. The whole experience was heinous. Just go right next door to Park Lane and get a burger instead of stopping here. It costs less and it's actually edible. I feel sick.

The absolute slowest service I have ever seen. It took over 10 minutes for them to take an order for one guest. One person. And it was probably because half their menu is unavailable and not a single sign stating any of this while you stand for 15 minutes for them to handle 2 guests. Service needs a serious overhaul. This is not an isolated incident.
