Dunkin' - Hampton

It's one thing to be under staffed, it's another thing to be Unprofessional.I will never return to this dunkin again!

Absolutely, horrific! Me and three other customers stood there for 22 minutes. Waiting on a simple coffee. A regular coffee and an iced coffee. Nothing fancy nothing special.

The black morning manager with the short hair is disgusting. Her attitude is atrocious. She does not know how to treat her customers at all. The lines are always out of the door and out of the parking lot. I visit this location every day, and I hate seeing her face. My order is always wrong and she always has something to say, she needs to find another job ASAP. She’s driving away customers. You can not put certain black people in position of management !!!!!!

This has got to be the worst Dunkin in The South East Region. I've only been here 3 times, because I live close, but today it's a wrap! The female manager is HORRIBLE. The service is slow and they can care less. Listen, if you hate your job or pay you have 2 options. Quit or stay and do what is required until you can find better. This ghetto service, long wait times and total disregard for customers or pride in your work is lame. This has to be an independently owned store. No way corporate knows about this.

This place can get busy, lines don’t move fast and sometimes you’ll have to wait a whileHot drinks are made good.
