Bidra med feedbackI just went up to the window, stood there for 5 min with 3 people who see me, took me to the window and waved my arms to get to the window. I ordered 2 Pommes, had not enough for 2, so just asked for one, woman went away and talked to someone came back and closed the window on me.
I found a mistake in my food when I was done. I trusted you in cooking.
As someone who used to work at a Cook Out, closing is not really a good excuse to tell customers there is only one item they can order from the menu (the bbq sandwich because it is the easiest and fastest to assemble). The food I had finished was good, I just wish it was what I came to order.
The food was good, but our mission was wrong. Hey, it happens and everything works. Just check your order before you pull out and on 64 lol. The Cajun wrap instead of Cajun-Fries was a good mistake, because now I like this one better than the Ranch wrap now and I would never have ordered it. Long live Cookout!!
FAST, AND GLORIOUS!!! So there I was, tired, hungry, and in a jamb for time. I pulled into the drive-through, ordered a bizarre and unexplainable combination of items, and I was exiting the drive-through in less than 60 seconds from start to finish!!! Formula 1 race crews need to take some lessons from these people! And the food, it was fresh and very good!!! Zero (0) mistakes on my order!!! GLORIOUS!!!
