Mcdonald's - Hammond

Who owns it? I would love to talk to someone. You sit forever in the drive thru they take there sweet time answering the speaker. Just a horrible experience. Half the time they don’t even answer and you have to pull over to the one on Kennedy to even get service

My husband I Mc fries where hot just the way we like them. Our drinks could have been better we got the the icee coke raspberry blue the cups comes with a dome top and it wasn't filled with the drink. ..Other than that the wait and service in the drive -thru was great! Sorry no pictures we were hungry ?

If i could give no stars i would,the employees are meet and greet with a smile.The problem is the switch over from breakfast to lunch.Lunch starts at 11 am.Was there 2nd in line for lunch ,didn't receive my food and had everyone waiting for 30 minutes.Worst Mc Donalds i've encountered .

Horrible place to be called a business! Need a manager and workers who care. If I was the owner I'd get new employees.

I ordered an egg cheese biscuit. Worker asks with bacon? I said no meat just egg and cheese. They gave me sausage, egg, and cheese. I told worker I only wanted egg and cheese. They took off sausage and replaced with another cheese. I am allergic to meat and thought that was bad service.
