Bidra med feedbackI requested extra fudge in my ice cream and they delivered! The entire bottom was filled with hot fudge, with some extra on top. It was delicious and definitely worth it.
I had a negative experience at this restaurant. The server, a person of uncertain gender with slicked-back hair, gave me a rude attitude. They claimed they couldn't make changes to my coffee, even though the staff the day before had no problem doing so. When I complained about my coffee, they took it to the back and added something to it before returning it to me. It was the worst coffee I have ever tasted and I ended up throwing it away.
The staff at this restaurant were incredibly rude from the beginning. After waiting for 20 minutes for our small dishes, our drinks never came, and the server was extremely unpleasant. Treating paying customers with such disrespect is unacceptable, especially when the bill comes to $30 for snacks and a drink. Very disappointing experience.
Went through the drive thru asked for a iced pumpkin chai and got a pumpkin cappuccino instead I went back and husband got off to let them know it wasn't right and see if they would make the chai just to still get the wrong order, it was still a cappuccino. I was not going back in again so I gave it to my daughter. I tried to call just to say Hey maybe more training is needed but it only rang twice and nothing after that.
Waited 30 min for a freaking shake. To guy inside and they rudely say they accidentally gave me drinks to someone else now I'm still waiting for my drinks. This is by far the worst Dunkin donuts ever! If I wasn't with my kids I would have gone in a got a refund because this is the word customer service!
