Domino's Pizza Fulham Broadway

Dominoes pizza quality has gone out the window. Their pizza used to be juicy and succulent. Adding extra sauce was great, as it was always guaranteed to have a lovely flavour and prevent the pizza from being too dry. I have been ordering from this restaurant for many years and I cannot remember a time when the pizza was this bad. In the last two years we have bought from here less and less to the point that I cannot bring myself to throwing my money away with these guys any more. The starters are quite good, but lets face it we don’t go to Dominoes pizza just to buy starters. Unless you guys improve the quality of your pizza which are now dry, hard and with few toppings, I don’t think I’ll be ordering from you any time soon.

I ordered a small pizza and two sides for delivery, but the order never arrived. According to the tracker, it had been delivered, so I called the store to explain the situation. The manager I spoke with asked if the pizza had been delivered, and someone claimed they had done so - to the wrong house. Despite my insistence that it was not delivered to me, they argued that it must have been the correct address. I was then asked to check with my neighbors to see if it was taken by mistake, which I found to be unacceptable. I also mentioned that the order would have been cold by then, as I did not receive any notification that it had left the store. The store offered to remake the order, but I requested a refund instead, as they did not apologize for the mistake. I have had issues with this store before, such as receiving the wrong pizza with incorrect toppings. The customer service and overall experience have been disappointing both times. I hope to receive my refund within the stated 5-6 days, but I have doubts about their reliability.

The pizza itself was the best takeaway pizza I have ever had. It had a thin crust and delicious vegetable toppings. The crust was thin, wholemeal and delightful to eat. Overall, it was a 10/10 experience that made my evening. Thank you Dominos Fulham!

The place is clean and the staff seem OK. This domino's has always been a bit hit and miss, with pizzas not made as ordered. I would recommend you always check your pizza before leaving. On Thursday i went to Dominos and ordered two pizzas, the service to order was poor. After 10 minutes I asked when my pizzas would be ready as they weren't listed on the screen showing all orders. They couldn't find my order. After another 5 minutes of less than enthusiastic employees conferring with themselves, I asked for a refund. Hopefully this further deterioration in service (which is an achievement in itself) is related to the refurbishment.

This has to be the worst Dominos I’ve ever ordered from. Food arrived wrong as an allergy item was not removed from the order. So I’ve just paid £25 and have nothing to eat. You don’t answer the phone and we have been trying for twenty minutes solid. Thank goodness I hadn’t eaten a slice or I would now be in hospital. Appalling service and not capable of answering the phone. Avoid
