Bidra med feedbackDecided to get some friends to try the amazing coffee and cakes selection they have in here. The coffee is so good, definitely one of the best I tried in West London and the cakes all look so yummy! It was quite busy when we got there, but the service was friendly and quick.
I came in on Mother’s Day to have a tea and cake with my young son. Upon entering, we were not acknowledged, we stood there for some time waiting to be served. Finally I asked the lady if we could take a seat, she said “just wait” and carried on tidying up behind the counter. I asked if there was seating downstairs and she gruffly responded that it was closed for a function. After continuing to stand there, we just walked out, and she didn’t even look up. Considering they only had one table occupied, and given it’s Mother’s Day and I was clearly with a young child, this attitude was disgraceful. I can’t comment on the food, as we didn’t get a chance to try anything, but I will not be even attempting to come here again. For a venue that targets special occasions, you need to find friendlier staff.
A very charming British coffee shop with a hint of Americana. The service was very thoughtful and the pastries delightful.
This was a very disappointing afternoon tea. No milk given with the tea. Sandwiches were cheap and there was barely any choice, nothing interesting, egg. cheese and salmon. The cakes were tiny. This is the first time I have left an afternoon tea hungry! Cute venue but more effort put into the theme rather than the food.
Was very happy with the afternoon cream tea delivered to my daughter on her birthday .The cakes and sandwiches were scrummy well presented and freshly made The staff dealt with my requirements efficiently .The tea certainly made an exhausted nurses birhday A big thanks and look forward to future dealings with you
