Rousseau House - Hamilton

The restaurant was renamed with another name and would not honor the reservation. rousseau house should be removed from open table so that this does not happen to anyone else.

Many thanks for an excellent culinary experience in the rousseau house. the staff was very friendly and knowledgeable and made us feel very comfortable. I will definitely recommend rousseau house to all my friends and my family.

Very beautiful. service very good. I wasn't eating I had the squash salad that was soggy. the mushroom risotto was bland. my friends were happy with their food. no options for vegans and not many options for vegetarians.

Good value for my favourite dining place in Ancaster. It will be better when they expand their pizza and other menu items!

The menu did not offer a wide variety of items and some in our party had difficulty finding something appealing. The risotto and Euro bass were way too salty which was too bad because otherwise quite tasty. The apps and desserts were delicious. The atmosphere is charming although quite noisy. The entrance was rather dangerous as the lights were not on and it was dark when we left. The staff were all lovely and attentive. We would recommend and will try again.
