Bidra med feedbackGood tasting location. Friendly and nicely decorated very comfortable drinking environment
Total surprise for a very small town brewery. Decor was solid without trying too hard. Seemed like there was a great selection of beer. Note: no IPAs or sour beers here. But if you want to try a wheat, pale ale, stout, porter, amber, cider, imperial red, farmhouse, this place will do the trick. They offer flights at a very reasonable price so if you have a friend, try their 12-glass flight. You get to try everything and you can pick your top 5 for a follow-up 5-glass flight. :
I saw a sign for this place somewhere on I-35 (I think) and put it on my list. Good beer, interesting people watching. There are many locals and they seem to be known to all, including a couple special characters. They have about 12 beers on tap, a core of 7 or so and the rest are seasonal. They will order food for you, burgers or bbq (bbq is seasonal). I'd go back.
Dusty is a great hostess and the beer is fantastic. The establishment is very clean and COVID responsible. The latest release of the Tall Cotton is spot on, along with the Deacon's Oatmeal Cream Stout and the Rockwell's Porter. This is a perfect Friday afternoon end of the week hangout. Cheers on your success!
