Gold Star - Hamilton

I usually love this location as it's really close to my home and I've always been given great customer service and great food. But today upon paying, the employee was extremely rude. She seemed to be having a bad day and taking it out on customers. When taking my money she slammed the drive thru window and gave my son and I a horrible look. Then when she handed me the food, she aggressively shoved it and walked away. I understand people have bad days but taking it out on customers isn't the answer.

The guy who works the pickup window is extremely rude. I ordered a 3 way and a order of chili cheese fries and a side of onions and he put the onions in the 3 the way instead of giving me a side of them. I called and asked if I could get a new 3 way without onion and actually get a side of them and he refused. Instead he said bring my card back and he'll refund me. Which is crazy. This isn't the first time is customer service has truly lacked. I ordered 3 meals and asked for extra crackers and got 2 packs. I went back around and asked for more and he told me there just crackers not a big deal and decided to throw them at me and slam the window. 1 pack made it inside my car and the other 2 packs went on the ground outside. I can't believe this guy still has a job. I will not be back at this location and it sucks because it's alot closer than the other locations. My kid loves gold star so we frequent here often.

The server David was excellent, and the young lady who made the food was very nice. I intended to get carry out, but changed to dine in because of their attentiveness and friendless.

My review looks like it was taken down....I was just there today. There was no other customers dining in. My husband ordered 2 cheese coneys and a grorito and I ordered the chicken bacon Ranch platter I added cheese and onions nothing crazy right? Another employee came over and asked if I ordered the platter I said yes so no big deal. We get our food pretty quick. There was 4 employees working and another came on. I told me waitress that what I received wasn't what I ordered but no biggie I didn't know they put heavenly sauce on it no idea what it is. My fries were great I asked my waitress if she could please bring the lettuce, tomato and ranch I would fix my sandwich I didn't care to do that. Well she goes back and tells one of the other employee's what I had asked for and one of them said she (me) was being difficult I hear this and get up to clear things up the drive thru worker says here she comes and I said yes I was coming to clear things up I get eye rolls. I said I ordered the chicken bacon Ranch platter add cheese and onions. 2 offered to make me it or something new well that wasn't going to happen I wouldn't trust them at this point. My husband eats his 2 coneys and we pay his bill he handed her a 20 and the change would be 5.98 they only had. 75 in the drawer 3 quarters so he hands her 2 pennies and she gave him 6he gave her a $5 tip

I like gold star from time to time. The service was good and the food was good also
