Tim Hortons - Hamilton

Absolutely terrible service, today stood in line for 10 minutes with four other customers trying to order and were completely ignored by all staff. I've mobile ordered before at this locatoon and the order is never ready when it's supposed to be and half the time it is wrong. I have brought this up with staff numerous times but unfortunately no one seemed to care.

Stood there for 10 or 15 minutes. Waiting for them to deal with the drive through I was pissed , With all the noise in there I had to yell for service, The man behind me gave me his thumbs up. I will never go to this one

This is the worst Tim's in the area. You are better off to go to Centennial or Queenston Circle. They very rarely get an order right today items were actually missing from my order and I can't even contact them because their phone number listed on Google doesn't work. I've had english muffins completely untoasted, shells in the eggs, and my coffee always seems to be wrong. Won't be going back ever again, enough is enough!

I don’t normally leave reviews but I think someone should know about this. Me and my gf got a bagel a cheese twist and a garlic pastry, I asked for the bagel to be toasted and heat it neither everything else we ordered we asked but it was all cold. If we’re gonna spend 20 bucks here I’d expect at least one thing

I had the pleasure of being served by Jaspreet at Tim Hortons, and I must say, her dedication to providing excellent service is truly commendable. Not only does she serve delicious food, but her politeness, kindness, and enthusiasm brighten up the entire experience. I appreciate her commitment to making each visit enjoyable. Thank you, Jaspreet!
